UI prototype for a digital product supplied by The Voice UK

I conceived this UI prototype for a retention offer supplied in exclusivity by The Voice UK.
I created desktop and mobile screens showing all the multiple steps of the user experience including the chair spinning and pop-ups displaying messages.
I supplied them to the Digital Product team first as mock-ups and once they were signed off also as individual assets for them to build on the host’s UI.

Landing page for desktop

I designed this landing page and delivered it to the UX team. The main focuses were to promote a sign-up offer supplied by The Voice UK plus an in-house daily retention game. The customer reviews were added in for structural reasons and also to provide customer reassurance.

Banner mock-ups for a homepage carousel (desktop)

I designed these banners around the structural limitations of a busy carousel header section on a homepage displayed on desktop devices. This banner introduced a new series of hosted live streams on Facebook which helped the company to retain its retail customers during the Covid-19 lockdowns. This also drove new traffic into the website to increase revenue and kept the company going by relying exclusively on its digital side of the business for many months.
Every week there was a new theme for the hosted live streams which carried on throughout 2020 and beyond.

Mobile web banners customised for The Voice UK

I designed this banner as a teaser to announce an up-and-coming partnership with The Voice UK. The banner was displayed on a carousel in the header section of the Buzz Bingo website for mobile devices.
This banner followed the one above and revealed the slogan for the Voice UK themed live streams and identity of the host. These banners comply with the supplier’s brand guidelines and T&Cs.

Playlist admin UI for UK shopping centres (Web and mobile)

I designed a brand new complex admin area where shopping centre managers would be able to schedule the music, messages and ads being played on multiple shopping centres across the UK.

I started creating wireframes and mock-ups for both responsive web and mobile displays. Then I developed the Front-end code alongside our Back-end Developers.

We used Basecamp to manage the progress of the project and developed using an Agile environment.

The project spanned over a year and went through several stages, collecting feedback from internal stakeholders and external users who volunteered to test the UI remotely.

Produced at Centre Radio (OnBrand Group, formerly TalkAbout Group) in 2014.

User Inferfaces for online competitions

After the success achieved at BrandAudio with the original ‘Spot The Song’ campaign in terms of social engagement we decided to do a spin-off at the peak of the warm season with ‘Summer Songs’. Here’s a mock-up of the desktop UI I designed where users would set up an account and log in to play a game and be in for a chance to win prizes. It was fully responsive so users could also enter and play on their phones.

This was followed by another spin-off for the Halloween campaign. I developed the Front-end code for both User Interfaces.
